We are always looking for new players, from beginners to seasoned players. To join one of our teams email “info AT streathamstorm.co.uk” and arrange your first free training session.
Teams
We have got three teams that you could be playing for: Blizzard Under 16s, Division 1 and Premier. Unless you are joining the Blizzard, we usually ask that new players join us for a training session with Division 1 first.
All our teams train on Monday evenings at our rink in Brixton.
Beginners
We welcome all hockey beginners with basic skating skills. You should be able to skate forwards, backwards and stop. If you’d like to work on your skating first, Planet Ice offer adult and children’s skating lessons at Brixton, and free learn to skate courses for 14 to 25 year olds.
Kit
We have some spare kit that we can lend to beginners or new arrivals from overseas.
